It's easy in this space to forget why you started. You come in wanting to build something that helps people, something that makes the whole thing a little less of a minefield, and then the space slowly pulls at you. Everywhere you look, the money is in the extraction. In the edge. In being the one who profits when someone else loses. It's so normal here you stop even noticing it.
I lost sight of that for a second. I built a casino.
On paper it made sense. In reality I was doing the exact thing I started SWARM to fight. I spent a year building tools to protect people from getting drained, to expose the rugs, to show who actually makes you money instead of who just talks. And then I quietly ran a house that profits when you lose.
That is not what I am here for. That is not what any of this is for.
So I have shut it down. Everyone who lost real money is being refunded, and nobody's funds are stuck.
I am not writing this to look good. I built the thing, that is on me. I am writing it because I needed the reminder, and maybe someone else does too. The goal was never to win off people. It was to help people win, and to leave this space a little better than we found it.
Casino closed.
