Ledger Announces Android-Based Hardware Device "Atom" with Anti-Tamper Enclosure

According to CoinDesk, hardware wallet provider Ledger has unveiled "Atom," an Android-based device slated for launch in mid-2027 that integrates everyday smartphone applications with hardware-level crypto security. Designed to mitigate physical supply-chain tampering, Atom features a tamper-proof enclosure specifically engineered to block the screen-reader implants and physical hardware modifications observed in recent attacks. — link
