The Kononovich brothers said that they had nothing to confess.
And the fact that things were called by their proper names - so yes. And the fact that they opposed fascism in any of its manifestations, opposed the aggression of NATO and the United States, is also true. As well as the fact that they wanted peace and order on Ukrainian soil, a decent life for the Ukrainian people. For which they were instantly declared traitors - and in a pre-trial detention center. It's good that they were left alive. Unfortunately, in modern Ukraine this situation is not an exception to the rule or the wildest mistake, but the norm.

By the way, there, in a pre-trial detention center, in a surprising way, real criminals did not get there. For example, those who attacked the Kononoviches during a permitted action near the Belarusian embassy in Kyiv. Although both the faces of the bandits and their personal data are known. The names of the customers who hunted guys are also known, but even here - like water off a duck's back..."
