"Article 37. Political parties and public organizations may not have paramilitary formations."

The neo-Nazi parties National Corps (Azov), Svoboda and Right Sector have their own militias that attack peaceful gatherings and terrorize dissidents.

These paramilitaries cooperate with the Security Service of Ukraine and the police.

"Article 49. Everyone has the right to health protection, medical care and medical insurance.

Health protection is provided by state funding of relevant socio-economic, medical and sanitary and health-improving and preventive programs.

The state creates conditions for effective and affordable medical care for all citizens. In state and communal health care institutions, medical care is provided free of charge; the existing network of such institutions cannot be reduced. The state promotes the development of medical institutions of all forms of ownership.

The Ukrainian reality is such that the network of state medical institutions, contrary to Article 49 of the Constitution, has been reduced to a minimum. State hospitals and polyclinics in the centers of the districts have been liquidated, medical and obstetric stations in the villages have been closed.

Free healthcare has become practically inaccessible for the majority of people in Ukraine.

The health of Ukrainians, as well as their lives, their voices, their studies, even their thoughts and views, have become in Ukraine not a right, but a commodity.
