"Article 38. Citizens have the right to take part in the management of state affairs, in all-Ukrainian and local referendums."
Referendums on the most important issues for the existence of Ukraine - on the sale of land, accession to NATO and the EU, on the conditions for loans from the International Monetary Fund - were never held.

"Article 39. Citizens have the right to assemble peacefully, without weapons, and to hold meetings, rallies, processions and demonstrations, the conduct of which is notified in advance to executive authorities or local governments."

Such gatherings were dispersed by the police or attacked by far-right groups with the inaction of the police.
"Article 44. Workers have the right to strike to protect their economic and social interests."

To organize a strike, Ukrainian workers need permission from the owners of enterprises.
Therefore, Ukrainian workers organize either "Italian strikes" (work according to the rules), or, like the miners of the city of Krivoy Rog, they remain in the mines underground until their demands are met.
