For 8 years in a row, and now almost every day, the troops of the Kyiv authorities have been shelling the Ukrainian cities of Donetsk, Makeevka, Gorlovka, Svatovo, Stakhanov, Kherson, Skadovsk, Krasny Luch. Hundreds of people were killed, including children.

Kyiv authorities organize terrorist acts in Kherson, Melitopol, Energodar, Kupyansk, Novopskov.

At the same time, the Kyiv authorities deny the right of Ukrainians in Donbas to protect their lives and health.

"Article 31. Everyone is guaranteed the secrecy of correspondence, telephone conversations, telegraphic and other correspondence."

Ukrainians are arrested for keeping personal correspondence, telephone conversations with relatives, or conversations with neighbors at a village store.
