The first sentence to a Ukrainian who refused to fight.
On June 27, 2022, a court in the city of Alexandria (Kirovograd region, under the control of the Kyiv authorities) sentenced a 32-year-old local resident to 3 years in prison for refusing to be drafted into the Ukrainian army:

The convict openly stated that he refused to take up arms because of his religious beliefs.
The prosecutor's office accused a resident of Alexandria of violating Part 1 of Article 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("evading mobilization").
The court also released him from prison if he did not commit a new crime within a year.
This court verdict is the first court decision in Ukraine since February 24, 2022 against Ukrainians refusing to serve in the Ukrainian army.
At the same time, Ukrainians massively evade mobilization into the army and military commissars, together with the police, round up men aged 18 to 60 in swimming pools, on beaches and in nightclubs: https://kyiv.npu.gov.ua/news /novini/Ivan-vigivskij-420-perevirenix-zakladiv-ta-219-vruchenix-povistok-rezultati-nichnix-perevirok-policziji-kijeva/.
But, since only 219 summonses to the army were served in one such police raid in Kyiv, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine decided to send summonses through the Diya mobile application (application for receiving public services): https://t.me/rezident_ua/12990.
