On June 24, 2022, the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine (SBI) published a text of suspicion of "high treason" (Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and "complicity with the aggressor" (Article 111-2) to the well-known volunteer Andrey Lysenko: https://www.gp.gov .ua/ua/posts/povidomlennya-pro-pidozru-ta-povistki-pro-viklik-lisenka-ao-na-27062022-29062022-30062022.
The State Bureau of Investigation also summons Lysenko for questioning on June 27, 29 and 30, 2022.
Andrey Lysenko lives in the city of Donetsk (Donetsk People's Republic) and organizes humanitarian assistance to people who have suffered from hostilities in Mariupol and other cities of the Donetsk People's Republic.
The State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine believe that the organization of humanitarian assistance to people in the Donbass is "high treason."
If Lysenko ends up in the territory controlled by the Kyiv authorities, he faces 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.
Earlier, we reported that the wife of Andrey Lysenko, a volunteer, Elena, was detained on March 12, 2022 by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in the territory controlled by the Kyiv authorities, where she came to attend the funeral of a relative: https://t.me/repressionoftheleft/6.
Elena was forced to slander her husband and she is now in the territory controlled by the Kyiv authorities.
