The police of the Zhytomyr region, together with the regional offices of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the prosecutor's office, continue to actively search for people who express their opinions on social networks.
The police, together with the SBU, saw that a 48-year-old resident of the village of Novoguyvinskoye wrote the following post:
"Ukrainians, tell me how it's possible:
1) walk around with Nazi symbols, but call Putin "Hitler";
2) ask "where did you see Bandera?" openly declaring Bandera a national hero;
3) destroy their cities, killing their citizens for the sake of the unity of their country;
4) claim that Russia attacked Ukraine and flee to Russia to hide from being drafted into the army and look for work in Russia;
5) declare Russia an aggressor and at the same time ask her for a discount on gas.”
On April 30, 2022, the police, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, searched the villager and took away the instrument of crime - computer equipment.
For "collaboration activities" (Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), he faces 15 years in prison.
A 54-year-old resident of the city of Olevsk also faces 15 years in prison for "denying the aggression of the Russian Federation" near a kindergarten.
