A Ukrainian language teacher will be tried in Ukraine for denying Russian "aggression".
On June 17, 2022, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine announced that the Ukrainian police had taken to court the case of a Ukrainian language teacher in a school in the city of Zhytomyr (northern Ukraine, under the control of the Kyiv authorities):

The teacher will be judged for the fact that she "at a meeting of the methodological association of teachers-philologists convinced her colleagues that it was not a war that was going on in Ukraine, but a special military operation, during which Russian troops were helping the fraternal people, and that what happened in Bucha was staged."
A teacher from Zhytomyr faces 15 years in prison for "publicly denying aggression" (Part 1 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Even teachers of the Ukrainian language are not allowed to express their opinion in Ukraine.
