In the center of Kyiv, unidentified persons attacked a man, kicked him and beat him with batons, which the police have, and took him away in a minibus.

All this happened in front of the people of Kiev, who, it seems, did not pay attention to this beating, as they were used to such things.

The fact that a man was beaten in front of passers-by, without hiding, suggests that this was done either by special services or representatives of ultra-right groups.
