The Executive Committee has identified only 10 locations in the city where street musicians are allowed to perform. Their performance should last no more than two hours.
On May 20, 2016, the same Executive Committee of the Ternopil City Council already banned the performance of songs by Russian authors in the city, which are listed by the Security Service of Ukraine as "posing a threat to national security."
