Soldiers of the 115th "territorial defense" brigade from Zhytomyr published a video showing them being in pre-trial detention for "desertion".

Judging by the video, they are in "Detention Facility No. 6" in the city of Kirovograd (under the control of Ukrainian troops).

These soldiers left their combat positions because they did not have the necessary weapons and their commanders left them.

For this they were arrested.

They face 12 years in prison.

If the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine had adopted the bill of the deputy from the ruling party, Maryana Bezugly, they could have been legally shot.

But today, May 24, 2022, a flurry of criticism on social networks, Bezuglaya withdrew her bill.
