On May 21, 2022, the branch of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region reported that it had announced a suspicion of "collaboration activity" (Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) to a resident of the city of Izyum (under the control of Russian troops).
The guilt of 42-year-old physician Vladimir Sukhanov, according to the secret service, is that he agreed to take the post of head of the "medical service - the drug service" under the new government.
In this position, the man was responsible for the accounting and distribution of medicines, as well as humanitarian aid from representatives of Russia.
If the doctor ends up in the territory controlled by the Kyiv authorities, he may be imprisoned for 15 years.
