On May 15, 2022, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine (GPU) announced that “in absentia it reported suspicion of high treason” (Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) to the head of the Yuzhnodonbasskaya railway station (located between Donetsk and Volnovakha, under the control of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
The "high treason" of the railway worker consists in the fact that he "personally controls the repair work on the territory of the station, which suffered during the hostilities."
Also, the fault of the railway worker, according to prosecutors, is that he remained at his previous job - the head of the station, and contributes to the restoration of railway communication between the DPR and the Russian Federation.

In 2019, the woman left for Russia and her fault, according to prosecutors, is that she regularly appeared on Russian television and "called the war" an operation to completely liberate Donbass, "and she called the video with dead civilians "another production" .
In the photo, a woman is together with Russian TV presenter Dmitry Kiselev.
Also, the fault of the woman is that she "created about a dozen profiles on social networks" where she shared such information.
