Today, representatives of the Nazi battalion Azov, who have settled in the basements of Azovstal in Mariupol, have offered the Russian troops to exchange civilians who are in Azovstal (about 200 people) for food and medicine.

By this, they actually confirmed that civilians are being held hostage near Azov.
