On April 29, 2022, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevgeny Enin announced that the police had detained at least two people in Kyiv.
These people photographed the house that was damaged during a rocket attack by the Russian army on the Artem military plant.
Also, according to the official, many "specific telegram groups" and resources of "separatist" and "pro-Russian" content were found in the phones of these people.
This became the basis for charging the detainees with "adjusting" the fire.
On the criteria by which the Ukrainian police determine which Internet resources are "specific", "separatist" or "pro-Russian" and what kind of law prohibits watching them and saving them on the phone, the deputy minister did not say.
