On April 29, 2022, in the city of Novoaidar, Luhansk region (under the control of the People's Militia of the Lugansk People's Republic (PM LPR), the dead body of a local public figure Pavel Sharogradsky was found.
On March 2, the PM LPR entered Novoaidar.
On April 25, Sharogradsky was abducted from the premises of the district administration in the city of Shchastia.
He was shot in the head, and many wounds were found on his body.
Pavel Sharogradsky was the director of the municipal enterprise "Sport for All" and the founder of the public organization "Novoaydarskaya Sich".
After March 2, he collaborated with the PM LPR.
The Security Service of Ukraine opened a criminal case on "treason" against Sharogradsky.
Earlier, Advisor to the Minister of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko and the Governor of the Mykolaiv region (under the control of Ukrainian troops) Vitaliy Kim said that in Ukraine there is a special service that kills "collaborators" without trial or investigation.
