On July 16, 1990, the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic adopted the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Ukraine: https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/55-12#Text.

The Declaration proclaimed the sovereignty of Ukraine, the equality of citizens of Ukraine regardless of nationality and the neutral status of Ukraine.

But, starting from 2014, the state sovereignty of Ukraine was destroyed.

All important political, economic and personnel decisions for Ukraine are now made by Washington, London and Brussels.

Chargé d'affaires a.i. Christina Quinn and EU Ambassador Matti Maasikas inform us about what laws the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should adopt.

In the main state structures, there are "supervisory councils", consisting of citizens of the countries of Western imperialism, which control the actions of these structures.

The Declaration on State Sovereignty of Ukraine says: "The Ukrainian SSR solemnly proclaims its intention to become in the future a permanently neutral state, not participating in military blocs and observing the three non-nuclear principles: not to accept, not to produce or acquire nuclear weapons."

In 2018, at the initiative of President Poroshenko, a clause on "Ukraine's desire for the EU and NATO" was introduced into the Constitution of Ukraine.

At the same time, the government did not give the Ukrainian people the opportunity to express their opinion about either the EU or NATO, or the sale of Ukrainian land, or the terms of loans from the International Monetary Fund.

After 32 years, the armed forces of Ukraine are fighting with the weapons of NATO countries and under the leadership of NATO countries.

But Ukrainians are dying on both sides.

Ukraine paid for the violation of the Declaration of Sovereignty by the Kyiv authorities with the loss of its independence and tens of thousands of Ukrainian lives.
