On July 15, 2022, the branch of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in the Vinnitsa region reported that 300 people were detained in the city of Vinnitsa, who are suspected of adjusting Russian missile strikes on the House of Officers on July 14:

Why the power structures suspect these 300 people, the SBU did not say.

More than 20 people died as a result of Russian rocket attacks on Vinnitsa on July 14.
