The trial of political prisoners Alexander and Mikhail Kononovich.
On July 6, 2022, the next court hearing in the case of the communist brothers Kononovich was to be held in Kyiv.
They were taken to court for the first time. Prior to that, they watched court hearings via video link.
But the trial never started.
After 8 hours of waiting, the judge announced the adjournment of the trial to July 13. The brothers were returned to the pre-trial detention center.
Alexander and Mikhail Kononovich were arrested by the Security Service of Ukraine on March 3, 2022 and charged with attempting to seize state power.
