Footage from social networks shows how in Mukachevo (Transcarpathia, western Ukraine) the military takes away a man who was carrying a stroller with a child.

A woman behind the scenes says: "Why will my husband go to defend this cattle (refugees) that arrived? Why is my dad there (at the front), and he came (to Mukachevo), drinking, walking?"
