This means that ezETH/ETH exchange rates are always based on the protocol rate and are never dependent on external market rates.

We have verified that major ezETH markets, including those across Aave, Morpho, Compound, Spark and Euler are secured by exchange rate oracles.

The first buyback and burn event just got completed, buying back 127,117,412 $REZ from the open market using protocol revenue and then subsequently burning 90% or 114,405,671 REZ and rewarding ezREZ stakers the remaining 10%

This inaugural event permanently reduced $REZ Total Supply by 1.14%, with much more to go

This proposal presents two execution paths for the repurchased $REZ:

A. 🔥 Burn 90% of the repurchased REZ and distribute the remaining 10% to ezREZ stakers.
B. 💎 Retain 90% in the Community Treasury for future strategic use, and distribute 10% to ezREZ stakers.
