Задачи:
- Собирать, обрабатывать и агрегировать данные под задачи маркетингового отдела
- Разрабатывать формы для отчетов, визуализировать результаты в Jupiter и BI-инструментах
- Анализировать полученные данные и находить в них девиации
- Поддерживать и развивать аналитическую инфраструктуру
- В перспективе автоматизировать процессы получения и визуализации данных
- Взаимодействовать с командами маркетинга, продукта и разработки для улучшения качества данных, формирования гипотез и метрик

Требования:
- Уверенное знание SQL
- Базовые навыки работы с Python (pandas, matplotlib, jupyter)
- Понимание принципов визуализации и структурирования данных
- Опыт работы с любыми BI-инструментами (один из: Grafana, Power BI, Superset)
- Уверенное знание SQL, опыт работы с базами PostgreSQL и ClickHouse
- Уверенное владение Python для анализа данных (pandas/polars/spark, matplotlib/seaborn/pyplot, jupyter)
- Опыт работы с любыми BI-инструментами (один из: Grafana, Power BI, Superset)
- Умение находить закономерности, девиации в данных, валидировать результат и формулировать гипотезы
Будет плюсом опыт оптимизации SQL-запросов и настройки ETL/ELT процессов (Airbyte, Airflow, ...)

Responsibilities:
— Creation of digital graphics: banners for websites, materials for social networks;
— Adaptation materials to different formats and sizes within the approved corporate identity;
— Creation 2D graphics, render the graphical elements and illustrations;
— Experience in GIF-animation;— Generation of ideas, development of creative concepts;
— Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table;
— Interact with the Team Lead, Graphic and UI/UX designers and other team members;
— Organize graphic materials, drawings, specifications, and layouts;
— Use time effectively and efficiently; concentrate efforts on the more important priorities;
— Maintaining a storage system for graphic materials and layouts

Requirements:
— Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team environment;
— Confident knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator);
— Experience of using: Figma, Adobe After Effects;
— Experience of using AI services (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.);
— Knowledge of digital graphics requirements & standards;
— An art/design education is highly desirable. An in-depth understanding of composition and color science, typography and visual communication;
— High motivation, positive thinking, ability to cope with multitasking, mindfulness, stress resistance;
— Good communication skills;
— Basic level of spoken and written English;
— Experience in gambling / betting will be plus;
