High Ground Games studio (https://highground.games) is looking for a Junior Game Designer. You'll be working on fresh projects in the casual and midcore genres, with real drive and a love for the craft.


🧠 Who we're looking for:
• You live and breathe games — RPGs, MOBAs, Fighting Games; you don’t just kill the time with games at the bus stop — you complete them, analyze them, enjoy every bit, and come up with ideas to make them even better;
• You have around 1 year of experience (but passion and drive matter more than years on paper);
• You know your way around Unreal Engine Blueprints and/or Unity (bonus points if you have an engineering background or hands-on implementation experience);
• A degree in a relevant field is nice to have, but not a dealbreaker;
• You are a Russian speaker but you can comfortably express your ideas in English (C1 level) — we need someone who can clearly explain the why, how, and where behind design decisions.

• We cover your internet and electricity costs if you're working remotely.
• After the probation period, relocation to Armenia is an option (plus other cool opportunities).
