Key Responsibilities:
— Manage full cycle of recruiting process: collecting requirements, forming vacancies, sourcing, conducting HR interviews, etc.;
— Create and post job descriptions on the company’s website, relevant job boards, social media channels, and the LinkedIn platform;
— Actively source and engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels;
— Keep in touch with the candidates during the recruiting process, share the feedback;
— Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates;
— Collaborate with Hiring Managers to improve the hiring process;
— Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding process.

Requirements:
— At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
— Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles;
— Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones;
— Experience in using HR-systems;
— High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently;
— An extensive network of contacts in professional, social networks;
— Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills;
— Excellent Russian language skills and advanced English knowledge (B2 level).
