I like the phylosophy of learning by doing. I learn a lot by doing and trying things. At work, I usually try to go after challenging tasks that imply some sort of a learning curve. I try to be 100% transparent with the team and my managers about the things I know and have experience in but I also try to seize the moment whenever there is a chance to learn something new. I love when companies offer growth oopportunities for their employees.
