I’m Dina and I help individuals and small businesses succeed without succumbing to office cubicles. I'm passionate traveler and skier and I am a Senior QA Engineer by day.

I believe office is unnecessary tradition that we inherited from earlier generations. I try to post only the jobs from remote-first companies and post on things that matter to me: job hunt and hiring, techologies, legal aspects and finance, efficiency and business processes, ethics, and more.

I’m obsessed with empowering people from different backgrounds to start and succeed in remote careers that allow location independence and flexibility to live a life they absolutely love. My goal is to build a sophisticated community of digital nomads and remote companies that will shape the future of remote work.
