We've just open-sourced Encore FAS under our GitHub organization, complete with the statistical methodology for the scheduling. If you are currently developing a Frame Aware Scheduling (FAS) project, feel free to integrate or adapt our scheduler (under the GNU GPLv2 license).

Fun fact on the technical design:

Unlike other Android FAS implementations that rely on eBPF for measuring frametimes, Encore FAS implements detection directly inside a Loadable Kernel Module (LKM) or inline for legacy kernels. This decision came out of necessity, as none of my devices (Realme even, Xiaomi moonstone) have eBPF support.

We are currently working on the userspace component of the scheduler.
