🇦🇪 UAE is the first country to offer free ChatGPT Plus access to all residents and citizens.

This is part of a strategic partnership with OpenAI under the new “OpenAI for Countries” program. The initiative aims to deepen AI integration across the country and is backed by large-scale infrastructure projects like Stargate UAE, a 1GW data center planned in Abu Dhabi. Access to GPT-4 through ChatGPT Plus will be provided at no cost, making advanced AI tools freely available across the UAE population.
