Arc is now building a second, much simpler browser

Despite Arc's rapid growth and loyal user base, it's complex and too different for mainstream appeal. So, instead of trying to make Arc fit, the team will develop a fresh, AI-driven browser that’s more proactive and streamlined, aiming to make online tasks seamless. This new browser, potentially launching next year, will be simple to start using, with plans to reveal advanced capabilities over time. Arc will remain supported, but the real innovation will be in this next browser.
