Xiaomi unveils its 3nm Xring O3 flagship SoC, coming in Sept. with Xiaomi 18 Fold; it features a CPU with 6+4 ARM cores of up to 4.35GHz, a 16-core GPU, a 200TOPS NPU optimized for MiMo local LLMs, claimed to the first mobile chip to support LPDDR6, improved efficiency, and a 5M+ Antutu V11 score

Xiaomi didn't mentioned it but Reuters reported Xring O3 will be built on a TSMC 3nm node. Xring O1 was built on TSMC N3E.
