I just used AI to help me work through a pile of legal real estate paperwork that I probably would have paid an attorney hundreds of dollars to prepare, and depending on the situation, could have easily turned into $1,000 or more in legal fees. I was able to research everything, pull the right records, fill out the proper forms, get everything organized correctly, and now all I have to do is take it to the notary and file it. Total cost to me? Nothing beyond my monthly ChatGPT subscription. 😂
