I changed my license

Автор перешёл на лицензию EUPL 1.2 для своих проектов, так как считает, что она лучше защищает интересы сообщества свободного ПО и закрывает «лазейку SaaS», в отличие от ранее используемых им лицензий с более мягкими условиями.
