💎 Business Development / Community Manager

We're looking for a Business Development & Community Manager to help grow a platform that connects businesses with on-demand robotic labor.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys networking, creating content, and building relationships across robotics, AI, automation, and technology communities.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with robotics companies, operators, partners, and potential customers
Lead outreach efforts across X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and industry channels
Represent the project publicly
Record short videos explaining platform features, robot use cases, and product updates
Grow and manage the community
Collect feedback from users and communicate it to the team
Help organize marketing campaigns, partnerships, and industry events
Identify growth opportunities and new customer acquisition channels

🛠️ Requirements
Active LinkedIn profile
Comfortable appearing on camera and recording videos
Strong communication skills
Interest in robotics, AI, automation, or emerging technologies
Self-driven and proactive
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Existing network in robotics, AI, manufacturing, logistics, or technology communities
Experience with content creation
Experience managing Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, or X communities
Previous BD, sales, or partnership experience
Startup experience
