Why is it so hard to find a MLP roleplay?

Yeah, the last time I had a MLP roleplay was back when amino was around and it was BEYOND fun omg, that was the only fond memory I had from that god forsaken app lol. I’ve been trying for years to find another mlp roleplay that wasn’t base in fallout equestria or.. of other nature. 😞it makes me so sad. I love writing my stupid lil ocs and Worldbuilding 💔💔💔

Are they primarily on a forum site I don’t know about? Or kinda invite only.
