Looking for a fan comic dub I watched on YouTube years ago

I figured since it was an MLP fan comic, this was the place to come. So, in the comic, the narrator was a stallion who met Twilight as a foal, and I remember his backstory was that he was sort of like Aladdin in a way, and in the backstory, he snuck into Celestia's palace to steal things, and he eavesdropped on her mourning Luna while looking up at the moon. I'm pretty sure she spotted him, but I don't remember. He met Twlight when he helped her retrieve a toy from... I think it was a well, and she gives him a kiss on the cheek.

This comic pops into my head every now and then, but I don't remember the name of it or who dubbed it.
