Minimal builtins-first config: Gruber Darker, Iosevka Term, Eglot + Vertico/Corfu, pdf-tools tuned for 500+ page PDFs

2-file config (early-init.el + init.el), no frameworks. Vertico/Consult/Embark, Corfu/Cape, Eglot + Flymake, Tree-sitter auto-install, Dirvish/Magit, AUCTeX/latexmk, XLSX via python/openpyxl, large-PDF perf toggles. M-x my/config-health verifies the setup. Feedback welcome: link
