Safest way to cast an uint8t buffer to uint64t
Hi, in embedded systems many times there is a scenario where an uint64t value needs to be extracted from a uint8t buffer. Ive seen methods that use reinterpret casting and methods that just use plain memcpy.
Which one is safer and why?
