How do I properly log SIC time as a long haul pilot in a multi-crew?

I’m currently an FO for a 121 ACMI airline here in the US that primarily operates long haul flights with multiple crew members. I’m curious how I should log my time as SIC for my logbook. Let’s use below as an example.

KORD-RKSI blocked at 14.0. 1 CA and 3 FOs.

I spent the first 6.0 hours at the controls as the FO, go to the bunk for the next 6.5 hours, then take back controls for the last 1.5.

Logging the Total Time as 14.0 seems obvious.

But do I do log all 14.0 as SIC or only the 7.5 I spent at the seat.

Then for the two additional relief FOs do they also log all 14.0 or just the 6.5 they spent in the seat.

Appreciate the help! (No my operator does not tell us how to properly log the time)
