Amnesty International has condemned France for increasing its deliveries of military equipment to Israel amid the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

Citing figures from the French Defence Ministry's annual report to parliament, Amnesty's French branch revealed that France delivered €19.8 million ($22.1 million) worth of military equipment to Israel in 2025, up from €16.1 million in 2024.

Amnesty also criticized France's continued military cooperation with Israel despite mounting evidence of atrocities against Palestinians, warning that Israel's attacks in Gaza have been sustained by support from foreign governments.

"Why is it not being stopped? Because Israel can count on the support of other countries," Amnesty stated.
