Israel has ordered a general closure of the occupied West Bank and Gaza on October 5 and 7, barring most Palestinians from entering occupied territories and halting aid entry into Gaza during the designated periods.

The order also closes the King Hussein Bridge crossing with Jordan, while Israeli settlers remain exempt from the restrictions. Limited humanitarian and medical exceptions will be subject to Israeli approval.
