During a record-breaking performance at Gillette Stadium, country artist Zach Bryan wore a “Free Palestine” shirt for two consecutive nights while drawing a massive crowd of over 73,000 fans.
This demonstration appeared to be a direct rebuke of the venue's billionaire owner, Robert Kraft, who had previously spearheaded efforts to ban rapper Macklemore from performing at various stadiums due to his own pro-Palestine statements.
Furthermore, Bryan's drummer joined the protest by wearing a jersey with Palestine on the front and, on the back, the numeral 5 and the name “Hind Rajab”, the 5-year-old girl killed in Gaza by Israeli tank fire.
