Israeli occupation forces abducted Palestinian journalists Sami Al-Shami from Asira Al-Qibliya, south of Nablus, and Raja Jabr from Arraba, south of Jenin, during separate pre-dawn raids on Sunday.

The detentions come amid escalating pressure on Palestinian media workers, with the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate documenting 84 violations in August alone, including detentions, assaults and obstruction of coverage.

In the Gaza Strip, the Government Media Office says 262 journalists and media workers have been killed since the start of the genocide.
