🌍 English B2+ (global product, 46 countries)

What you’ll do
• Performance audits of partner services and support integrations (backend, infrastructure, DBs, query brokers)
• Design methodology & run load testing strategy for partners worldwide with k6 / JMeter DSL (load, stress, endurance)
• Work with high-load systems (200k+ RPS), geo-distributed architectures
• Set up perf environments in AWS + k8s
• Find and eliminate bottlenecks with SRE / DevOps / Backend teams
• Performance analytics → hypotheses → experiments → fix -> business impact
• Build perf tooling and load managers in Go
• Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, tracing
• automatisation Performance QG in CI/CD, reports for engineers & C-level

What we expect
• 5+ years in Performance / SRE / Load Testing
• Strong k6 or JMeter DSL
• AWS + Kubernetes hands-on
• High-load, microservices, Kafka, DB tuning experience
• Automation (JVM languages and Go)
• SRE mindset (RED/USE, SLO, error budgets)
