It's basically tools to run censorship-resistant votes anywhere, no borders. Blockchain-based, you describe what kind of vote you want (even in plain text) and it generates the system โ majority, ranked, quadratic, whatever.
They also have this Proof of Humanity + UBI ideas tied in.
Feels like a cool experiment for better online governance.
