Oyo Governor Seyi Makinde reveals President Bola Tinubu bypassed his nominee, Bimbo Adekanmbi, for a ministerial position, opting instead for Bayo Adelabu. Makinde had recommended Adekanmbi for the budget and economic planning portfolio.
