FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has labelled the ongoing teachers' strike as politically motivated and threatened to enforce the 'no-work, no-pay' policy. He accused the NLC Chairman of using the strike to discredit his administration, stating that the FCT had addressed the labour's demands. The strike began over issues of teachers' promotions and welfare.
