Lagos State High Court has discharged and acquitted the Baale of Ito-Agan Community, Akinmuleye Abiye, on 74 counts of conspiracy, theft, property damage, and grievous bodily harm. The court found the prosecution failed to prove the charges beyond reasonable doubt.
