TikTok is being sued in Nigeria's Federal High Court, Abuja, by the Foundation for Digital Justice over alleged restricted access in Kaduna, Kano, Kebbi, and Sokoto states. The foundation claims these actions violate users' constitutional rights to freedom of expression and non-discrimination.
